The NEW 2023 - 2025 Texas Association of Builders Residential Construction Contracts Package is now available for purchase by active TAB builder/remodeler members. This past legislative session saw the most sweeping, consequential changes to Texas residential construction law in the last 30 years. The new 2023 - 2025 TAB contracts package includes legislatively mandated requirements specific to Texas, the absence of which could result in dire consequences for your business and affect the validity and enforceability of your contracts.
